In December of 2024, the second graders from Dacheng Elementary School went on a fun field trip. They visited the Wanzhuang Soy Sauce Factory in Xiluo, Yunlin County. There, they learned how soy sauce is made and got to taste a little bit of the soy sauce in the making. It was so tasty!

2024年12月，大成小學的二年級同學去了一趟既有趣又富有教育意義的戶外學習旅行。他們來到雲林縣西螺的萬莊醬油廠，親眼看到醬油是如何製作的，還品嚐了一些正在釀造中的醬油。真是美味！

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Dacheng Elementary School, the teachers and students worked together to form the words "Dacheng 20" on the field. A drone took a big, amazing photo from the sky. Everyone cheered and wished Dacheng a happy birthday! 

為了慶祝大成國小成立20週年，老師和學生們一起在運動場上擺出了“大成20”的字樣。一架無人機從天空中拍下了一張壯觀的大照片。每個人都歡呼並祝大成國小生日快樂！

On December 27th, 2024, the Dacheng Elementary School String and Flute Orchestra held a special concert to celebrate the end of the term. Second and fourth graders enjoyed the beautiful music. The wonderful sounds made everyone happy and excited!

2024年12月27日，大成國小弦樂與長笛樂團舉辦了一場特別的音樂會來慶祝學期結束。二年級和四年級的學生們享受了美妙的音樂。樂團的奇妙音色讓每個人都感到快樂和興奮！

In this special education activity, the special education students, teachers, and other students worked together to learn and play floor boccia. Today, we didn’t just play a game—we built friendships, shared kindness, and filled the room with joy. Though what we can give may be small, the love, laughter, and warmth we shared in this moment is substantial. 

在這次的特教活動中，特教學生、老師和其他學生一起學習和玩室內地板滾球。今天，我們不僅僅是玩遊戲——我們建立了友誼，分享了善意，並讓教室充滿了歡樂。雖然我們能給予的可能很小，但我們在這一刻分享的愛、笑聲和溫暖卻是深刻而巨大的。

Kindergarteners, along with third- and fourth-graders, joined the special education class for a fun and meaningful floor boccia game. Laughter and encouragement filled the room as everyone took turns rolling the balls. In this moment, they weren’t just playing—they were learning, connecting, and sharing joy.

幼稚園小朋友以及三年級和四年級的學生一起參加了特教班的有趣且有意義的室內地板滾球遊戲。當大家輪流滾動球時，教室裡充滿了笑聲和鼓勵的聲音。在這一刻，他們不僅僅是在玩遊戲——他們在學習、連接和分享快樂。

On January 7, 2025, during the student assembly, the Jiasheng Construction Institution Jian Zhengzhi Outstanding Student Scholarship was awarded. A total of 12 students received this honor, encouraging them to continue their excellent performance. 

2025年1月7日，在學生大會上，加盛建設機構獎勵了「建政治優秀學生獎學金」。共有12名學生獲此殊榮，鼓勵他們繼續保持出色的表現。

In January of 2025, the school requested the Changhua City Office to install a new traffic sign near the Ziqiang Road gate. The sign marks the designated parent pick-up area and includes a note stating that, during specific hours on school days, parents may temporarily stop their cars or motorcycles to pick up and drop off their children.

2025年1月，學校請求彰化市辦公室在自強路門口附近安裝一個新的交通標誌。這個標誌指示了指定的家長接送區，並註明在學校日的特定時段內，家長可以暫時停車或摩托車來接送孩子。

While in Mandarin class, the teacher asks the students to use Chromebooks to practice the correct stroke order of Chinese characters. Using their fingers, they carefully trace each stroke on the screen, making learning more interactive and engaging. 

在國語課上，老師要求學生們使用Chromebook練習國字的正確筆順。他們用手指在屏幕上仔細地描繪每一筆，這樣的學習方式使得學習過程更加互動和有趣。

On the morning of January 7th, after the flag-raising ceremony, the 2nd-graders from Class 1 gathered in the play area in front of their classroom. With their teacher's guidance, they enjoyed  exercising  together, starting the day with energy and smiles. 

1月7日早上，在升旗儀式後，一班的二年級學生聚集在教室前的遊戲區。在老師的帶領下，他們一起做晨間運動，充滿活力和笑容地開始新的一天。
